At Cranbourne Family Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, as part of your ongoing care, we recommend regular exercise. Our Exercise Professional can provide you with a detailed exercise program to suit your busy lifestyle at no extra charge.
The aim of exercise planning is to help you reach your health and well-being goals with specific exercises and advice. Exercise planning is tailored to your body, age, abilities and level of fitness and can assist with:
Getting back into exercise after an injury or break
Staying fit and healthy during and after pregnancy
Exercise for older people to stay active, strong and mobile
More intensive programs for those wanting to increase strength and fitness
Training for particular events

We also understand most of you are time poor; have a fear of the gym, or exercise in general; have a specific complaint they need specific support with; self-conscious; poor dietary health; over weight; chronic injury.

So what next?
How we work with you
You will be shown exercises and provided with instructional information to take home. This ensures you do these exercises correctly. Exercise techniques may include:
Using fitballs or gymballs
Resistance tubing or bands
Simply using things like chairs and coffee tables
This means you don’t necessarily need to get to the gym. You can purchase basic equipment as needed from our clinic, or we can order in whatever you need.
If the gym is your thing, however, then we can help you there too. We also have an affiliation with Fitness Base Health Club in Cranbourne offering great rates for our customers.
Please ask any questions you have as it is important that you feel confident and comfortable with the exercise program.
As you progress, your health goals may change. Many people initially come to see us because they are suffering acute pain or an injury.
