Exercise Advice

At Cranbourne Family Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, as part of your ongoing care, we recommend regular exercise. Our health professionals can provide you exercise advice to compliment your treatment.

The goal is to help you reach your health and well-being goals faster. Exercises are tailored to your body, age, abilities and level of fitness and can assist with:

  • Getting back into exercise after an injury or break
  • Staying fit and healthy during and after pregnancy
  • Exercise for older people to stay active, strong and mobile
  • Increasing strength and fitness
  • Training for particular events

There is growing evidence that exercise can positively impact your mood states such as anxiety, stress and depression.



If you require a more extensive exercise approach we recommend seeking a personal trainer or exercise physiologist.
