Special Interest in correctional based treatments and training

I have been in health and fitness for five years, with a focus on rehabilitation and sports. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science - Musculo-skeletal Therapy, Diploma of Remedial Massage and Certificates III and IV in Fitness.

Over the years I have worked with my clients to achieve their specific goals ranging from police and military fitness training, sports preseason training and injury management.

From an early age I had participated in many different sports. Having a background in sports such as basketball and football my whole life I decided to live my passion and become a Personal Trainer.

Within my first two years as a trainer, I found myself encountering many clients with new and lifelong injuries of which I constantly had to ask them, "what is your condition and how do you manage it?" It was then that I realized I wanted to be the one diagnosing, rehabilitating and guiding my clients through their rehab on a specific level. This is when I decided I wanted to be a Musculo-skeletal Therapist.

During the course of my degree and following its completion, I have been privileged to assist my clients through managing their injuries, which has enabled me to get hands on experience as I went, while perfecting my skills as a practitioner.
