Care plan rates: $45 per visit (For patients who commit to an agreed schedule of care, i.e. pre-book).
Families (2 adults, 3 dependents under 16yrs): $140 (additional dependents under 16yrs >$25 per person; dependents 16yrs and over are charged at $45 each).
Children under 13 yrs: $25 (This does not include the initial visit which is charged at the normal rate).
Babies under 1 yr with a parent:No charge. (This does not include the initial visit which is charged at the normal rate).
Report on the Doctors findings: No charge when combined with a regular consultation.
Progressive examinations: No charge when combined with a regular consultation.
Foot scan for orthotic prescription: No charge when combined with a regular consultation. $25 if otherwise.
Spinal xrays: Usually Bulk Billed with Chiropractic referral at MIA, Cranbourne and Berwick.
DVA: on account (Dept. Vet Affairs) with GP referral.
Same day follow up appointment fee: $20
BNI chapter members and immediate family members, $45 per visit.
BNI family referrals:$140 for 2+2 (kids under 13yrs) $140 initial and follow-ups.
