Susan Richardson has recently joined our team and offers an initial assessment of your fitness and well being. Andrew, your  chiropractor may from time to time recommend specific exercises, to ensure you are able to do these exercises correctly it is recommended Susan takes you through the process. As you progress Susan will recommend progressive re-assessments, which are half hour duration held at the clinic. It is very important you are aware of your progress to keep you motivated and on track.
All exercises are based using fit balls, dumbells, resistant tubing, or simply a chair or coffee table. All equipment is provided and comfortable clothing is preferred. Susan can also tailor personal training sessions to suit individuals to compliment their treatment, weight loss, strength or even flexibility. This can be held in the convenience of your own home or in an outdoor setting.
