Appointments

If you require a course of treatments it is advisable to pre-book a few ahead. As our office gets very busy at times it will ensure you secure the time most beneficial to you. To keep your progress on schedule, please reschedule all missed or forgotten appointments within 24 hours. Please note you can call at any time and leave a message.

We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.

Special rates

We offer special rates for patients on schedules of care (see care plan below), families and children/babies as well as a range of discounts and treatment packages. Please ask your practitioner for details.

If you are happy with our services please tell your friends, families and work mates. We discount your next visit every time you refer.

Payment

We require payment at the time of your visit. If for any reason you cannot keep your financial agreement, please inform us immediately to eliminate any misunderstandings. If you have a desire to correct your spinal problem and receive care from our office, we will make every attempt to make affordable arrangements.

Private health insurance rebate

HICAPS: We offer an automated service to enable you to claim with your private health insurance. All you require is a card from your fund to use with our machine.

You may be eligible for the 'Enhanced Primary Care' (EPC) program. Medicare will reimburse the majority of your regular consultation fees, up to 5 visits per year per person. Please discuss this with your GP regarding eligibility criteria.

Initial Family

(2 adults, 3 dependents under 16yrs):        $250
(additional dependents under 16yrs >    $50 per person or over 16yrs normal rate)

Families

Babies under 1 yr with a parent:               No charge.
Report on the Doctors findings:                No charge with a regular consultation.
Progressive examinations:                         No charge with a regular consultation.
Re-examination / Long consultation:          $70 (no concession available).
(If your last appointment was more than 12 months ago).

Foot scan for orthotic prescription:           No charge if a regular patient; $25 if otherwise.
Spinal Xrays:                                           Bulk Billed with Chiropractic referral at MIA, Cranbourne.
DVA:                                                      On account (Dept. Vet Affairs) with GP referral.

Same day follow up appointment fee:       $25

Refund Policy

It is our general office policy not to issue refunds for treatment or products.
Some special conditions apply with custom made orthotics.

Foot scans

We offer specialised digital foot scanning and customised orthotic prescription and fitting.

X-rays

---

Chiropractors at this practice recommend full spine x-rays. We use MIA-Cranbourne. X-rays are usually fully bulk billed.
